1. There is no application fee or tenancy fee for my Loughborough student houses.
   
   
2. Contact me to arrange a viewing. All of my student houses are within 5 to 10 minutes walk of Loughborough University.
   
   
3. I will send an application form for you to complete and return.
   
   
4. I will originate a tenancy agreement and send it to you.
   
   
5. Sign the tenancy agreement and pay the security deposit.
   
   
6. Job done, you have rented one of my Premier Student Houses in Loughborough.
