Going away to university is an exciting time; and, for most students, this will be their first time living away from the family home. As a Fresher you’ll likely spend your first year living on campus in halls of residence; however, this is usually only an option for your first year of university. In your second year, it’s time to make the natural progression and move out of halls and into a shared rental property.

Renting a shared student house can be a great way of getting the most out of your time at university or college and, for many students, it will be their first taste of real independence and responsibility.

Some students can find the house hunting process a little daunting, but I’ve made it my aim to provide an array of comfortable and well-furnished shared student houses in the sought-after Golden Triangle area of Loughborough, close to the university.

As a private landlord, I let all my student houses directly, rather than through letting agents, which means you get to deal with me, the person who owns the house.
